Jagdamba Sarees Pvt. Ltd. (ISO-certified) is a manufacturer and wholesaler of ladies' designer sarees established in 1990, headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, India. We offer a wide range of sarees including casual, printed, party wear, wedding, weaving & jacquard, embroidered, and exclusive georgette & silk sarees.

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Jagdamba Sarees Pvt. Ltd.
• We cater to bulk and wholesale orders; minimum order quantities may apply for specific product categories.
• Customized orders — including custom designs, sizes, and color specifications — are accepted subject to feasibility and additional lead time.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Product colors, designs, and textures shown on our website or catalogue may slightly vary from actual products due to photography, screen calibration, and fabric batches.
• All sarees are manufactured using superior quality fabric sourced from certified vendors meeting international quality standards.
• We conduct quality checks at every stage — from raw material procurement to final packaging.
• Product specifications are subject to change without prior notice due to design evolution or material availability.

• We dispatch orders through our established distribution network across India.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, order volume, and courier partner schedules.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier/logistics partner.
• Any transit damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days after inspection of the returned goods.

All designs, patterns, product catalogues, images, and content on our website and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Jagdamba Sarees Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of our designs or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Jagdamba Sarees Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the specific order in question. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective goods.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
